CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be punctual! There’s only a 10-minute grace period, which includes a late fee of $10. Any appointment after that 10 minutes will be canceled. A deposit is required to book and goes towards your service. However, it’s non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that no one other than the person being serviced is present during your appointment. If you’re paying cash, please bring exact change as I don’t carry cash. Ivy Lash & Esthetics will hold your card information for no-shows and last-minute cancellations. There’s a 24-hour window for cancellations. If you cancel the day of the appointment, I’ll allow a 2-hour window before the appointment. The cancellation fee will be processed for any no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Your card on file can also be used for payment once your service is complete. No money is deducted from your card at the time of booking; only the deposit is taken.
