CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE BE ON TIME! There is only a 10𝒎𝒊𝒏 grace period which INCLUDES late fee of $10. Anytime after that 10𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒔 your appointment will be canceled ! A deposit is required to book and goes towards your service! Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE. Please make sure not bring any outside people/children during your appointment! 𝑰𝑽𝒀 𝑳𝒂𝒔𝒉 & 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 will hold your card information for no shows and last min cancellations.There is a 24𝓱𝓻 window for cancellations, if you cancel day of appointment I will allow a 2𝓱𝓻 window before appointment! Cancellation fee will be processed for any no-shows or last minute cancellations. Your card on file can also be used for payment once your service is complete.
